Preparation

Prepare all the ingredients and open the mozzarella, removing its water, dry it and cut it into thick strips.
- STEP 2 OF 7
Cut two slices of melon, removing the seeds, and the nectarines, removing their pits.
- STEP 3 OF 7
Cut the melon into chunks and the nectarines into wedges, and finally the almonds.
- STEP 4 OF 7
On a hot grill, cook the nectarines for 5 minutes on each side.
- STEP 5 OF 7
Let the nectarines cool.
- STEP 6 OF 7
On a plate, prepare a bed of arugula and baby lettuce as desired, then add all the ingredients.
- STEP 7 OF 7
Season with extra virgin olive oil and salt, and seeds as desired.
