Preparation

    Prepare all the ingredients and open the mozzarella, removing its water, dry it and cut it into thick strips.

    Cut two slices of melon, removing the seeds, and the nectarines, removing their pits.

    Cut the melon into chunks and the nectarines into wedges, and finally the almonds.

    On a hot grill, cook the nectarines for 5 minutes on each side.
