- Pre-boiled farfalle
400g400g - Zucchini

- Diced mozzarella
200g200g - Chopped cooked ham
150g150g - Grated parmesan
50g50g - Drizzle of oil

Preparation

In a pan, sauté the sliced zucchini with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until soft.

Blend the zucchini to obtain a smooth cream.
