Preparation

Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into sticks.

In a bowl, mix the carrots with the oil, salt, curry, breadcrumbs, and poppy seeds.

Add a drizzle of oil before cooking to make them crispier.

Cook in an air fryer using the French fries setting or in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
