Wash and thoroughly dry the kale leaves, then cut them into pieces, removing the central stem.
In a bowl, season the kale with oil, salt, and your favorite spices. Mix well with your hands to distribute the seasoning.
Place the kale pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer (do not overlap them!).
Cook at 160°C for 8-10 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they become crispy.
Let them cool for a few minutes: they will become even crispier.
