Preparation

In a bowl, place the corn flour, add a tablespoon of oil, and gradually pour in the boiling salted water, stirring.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper with the help of a rolling pin to a thickness of a few millimeters.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Cut out triangles of about 4-5 cm per side.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Place them on a baking tray with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees with fan for about 15 minutes.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Serve them with your favorite sauce.
