Preparation

Boil the potatoes, mash them with a fork, add the flour or starch, oil, and salt.
- STEP 2 OF 3
Form a dough, divide it into 6 parts, and fill the inside with cheese/mozzarella/slice cheese.
- STEP 3 OF 3
Cook on both sides using a previously oiled non-stick pan.
