An extremely easy and quick recipe inspired by an Instagram reel: flatbread filled with artisanal würstel and stringy mozzarella. Also perfect to make with children.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the flatbread in the hot pan.
Arrange the würstel along the edge of the flatbread.
Fold the edges of the flatbread over the würstel, sealing well all around.
Place the mozzarella, cut into pieces or torn apart, in the center so it can melt during cooking.
Cook for a few minutes per side until the flatbread is golden and the mozzarella has melted (about 8-10 minutes total).
Serve hot, cut if you like, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
