
Very easy and quick recipe inspired by an Instagram reel: piadina stuffed with artisan sausages and melting mozzarella. Perfect to prepare with children as well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the piadina in the hot pan.
Arrange the sausages along the edge of the piadina.
Fold the edges of the piadina over the sausages, sealing well all around.
Place the mozzarella cut into pieces or torn in the center so that it can melt during cooking.
Cook for a few minutes on each side until the piadina is golden and the mozzarella has melted (about 8-10 minutes in total).
Serve hot, cut if desired, adjusting with salt and pepper to taste.

The recipe is quick and suitable for children. For a better result, use high-quality sausages such as artisanal ones without nitrates; choose well-drained mozzarella to avoid excess moisture.
