Ingredients
- Potatoes (weight without skin)
400g - Potato starch
2tablespoons - Saltas needed
- Pepperas needed
- Paprikaas needed
- Oilas needed
Preparation

Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes, and boil them.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Once cooled, mash them with a fork.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Add potato starch, salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Mix well and refrigerate the mixture for half an hour to firm up.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Form the mixture into balls and place them in the air fryer basket.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Spray with oil and cook at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, until the balls are nicely golden.
