The tea leaves that make up the Happy Rising blooming tea, in various shades of green and white-silver for the numerous buds covered in bai hao, close into a sphere around the globe amaranth flower, with its numerous small bright pink petals. Once infused in water, the flower and leaves open, releasing a delicate and fresh vegetal aroma, sweet honey notes and slightly fruity notes with reminders of wildflowers. The liquor in the cup is a beautiful color between gold and pink, clear and with bright reflections. Tasting notes. On the palate, Happy Rising flower tea is gentle and balanced: it has sweet notes of honey and beeswax, followed by hints of yellow flowers and notes of unripe pear. There is even a very slight leather note, almost reminiscent of an extremely delicate sheng puer. On the finish, very light vegetal notes of spring vegetables such as fresh broad beans are perceived, notes that remain softly in persistence. The tea buds, skillfully processed and joined together at the base to embrace the globe amaranth flower in the center, are made following the white tea production process. The fresh globe amaranth flowers, after harvesting, are dehydrated (both naturally in the air and with special machines). The flower must be picked whole and at its best harvest period to benefit from the maximum level of aroma. How to prepare Happy Rising flower white tea. To enjoy all the beauty of the infusion and therefore the opening of this flower tea, it is recommended to use a transparent glass cup (better a teapot). Rinse the cup with hot water. Use only one piece for each cup. Steep the tea leaves in hot water from 80°C to 85°C for 1 minute for the first and second infusion. Gradually increase the time and temperature for subsequent infusions. Storage: it is recommended to store Happy Rising flower tea in a cool, dry and dark place.
