
Four fit recipes for healthy and tasty breakfasts: Biscomisù, Snickers frozen porridge, Coconut pancakes, and Raspberry cheesecake, created by Giulia Rago.
Biscomisù: alternate 4 cookies soaked in sweetened coffee with 150 g of vanilla protein pudding. Let rest in the refrigerator and in the morning complete with a sprinkle of cocoa.
Snickers frozen porridge: cook 40 g of Fitporn oats with 180 g of water, then alternate 2 layers of porridge and 150 g of caramel protein pudding. Complete with a cream of 10 g cocoa, 30 g water, and sweetener. Let rest in the fridge.
Coconut pancakes: prepare 4 pancakes with Fitporn flour, yogurt, egg white, and baking powder. Layer with yogurt cream, Fitporn crunchy coconut, and shredded coconut. Dip the pancakes in milk, alternate with the cream, and decorate with coconut. Let rest in the fridge overnight.
Raspberry cheesecake: for the base, mix 4 crumbled cookies, 7 g of Fitporn peanut butter, and 20 g of milk. Compact in a pastry ring. For the cream, mix 60 g of Philadelphia Protein, 40 g of Greek yogurt, sweetener, and lemon zest. Pour over the base and complete with Fitporn raspberry jam.
