
Quick mug cake recipe made in a mug, no scale needed: a few ingredients measured with tablespoons and teaspoons. Microwave cooking in about 1'30" + 1' extra after opening the door for a few seconds.
In a mug, mix the egg whites (or the whole egg) with the sugar.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Add the oil, vanilla essence (if using), and milk; mix well.
Add the chocolate chips if desired.
Microwave at maximum power for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Open the microwave door for a few seconds, then put the mug back in and cook for another minute.
Add the topping with 1 tablespoon of cocoa and hazelnut cream before serving.
