Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour a spoonful of batter to form the pancake.
Add the chocolate protein cream in the center of the surface.
Cover the cream with more batter by pouring another spoonful on top.
When the edge of the pancake firms up, gently flip it and cook the other side until golden.
