
Soft and creamy roll with peanut butter and chocolate flavor, fitness and protein version. Light base made from egg whites and oat flour; cream based on Greek yogurt and chocolate peanut butter powder. Quick to prepare and ideal as a protein dessert.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Prepare the base: combine the egg whites, oat flour, baking powder, and erythritol; mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an even layer.
Bake at 180 °C for 7 minutes.
Let the base cool for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the cream: mix the Greek yogurt with the chocolate peanut butter powder (about 20-30 g, here indicated as 25 g). Add 2 teaspoons of erythritol if you desire more sweetness (optional).
Spread the cream evenly over the cooled base.
Roll the base up using the parchment paper and wrap the roll in parchment paper.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Dust with unsweetened cocoa before serving and enjoy.
