
Protein overnight oats inspired by the PB&J flavor: creamy, egg-free, and easy to prepare in the evening for a breakfast ready in the morning. A low FODMAP optional version is available with small modifications.






In a jar, combine the oat flakes, the chosen liquid (water or lactose-free/plant-based milk), the PRO+PRO protein, and the chia seeds if using.
Mix very well until the mixture is smooth.
Close the jar and place it in the refrigerator for 6-10 hours (overnight).
In the morning, add Marmel-light on top as a topping and serve.

Low FODMAP tip: reduce the chia seeds and bring the oat portion to 40 g. The amount of liquid may vary (180-200 ml) depending on the desired consistency.
