A night-time version inspired by strawberry cheesecake, designed to be anti-bloating and anti-inflammatory: lactose-free and egg-free. It is prepared in the evening by mixing the ingredients and leaving them to rest in the refrigerator; in the morning, fresh fruit is added as topping.

In a bowl or in a jar with a lid, mix the oats with the almond milk (or rice milk), the kefir and the lactose-free spreadable cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the teaspoon of strawberry Marmel-light and, if you wish, a pinch of cinnamon; stir again to distribute the topping.
Close the container and place in the refrigerator for 6-10 hours (preferably overnight).
In the morning, serve the overnight with fresh fruit topping to taste (strawberries, berries) and, if you like, a light dusting of cinnamon.

Egg-free and lactose-free recipe. To keep the anti-bloating profile, choose plant-based drinks with no added sugar and lactose-free kefir; add fresh fruit that is not too sugary for the topping. Adjust the quantities if preparing for more people.
