
Protein smoothie that is super filling inspired by the classic PB&J (peanut butter and strawberry jam), made lactose-free. Ideal as a post-workout snack or quick meal to increase satiety thanks to the proteins and fats from the peanut butter.




Pour the chosen liquid (water or lactose-free milk) into the blender and add the ZERO WHEY ISOLATE.
Add the strawberries and blend until smooth.
Add the peanut butter and blend for another 10–15 seconds to incorporate.
If you want a milkshake effect, use frozen strawberries and reduce the amount of liquid.
If using, add the Marmel-light strawberry and mix briefly or blend for a few seconds. Enjoy immediately.
Blender
For a denser and more filling texture, use frozen strawberries and less liquid. The amounts of strawberries and liquid can be adjusted based on the desired consistency. The light jam is optional to enhance the strawberry flavor without many calories.
