The buffalo stracciata is made of 50% buffalo mozzarella (shredded, cut) and 50% cow cream, salt, and rennet. The cream is UHT, meaning it is pasteurized at 140°C (not produced by us but of high quality). Very similar to burrata. It is available pre-packaged in 1 kg jars. ADVANTAGES Ready-to-use product. The product is very versatile. It can be eaten with a spoon or used in countless ways in the kitchen. It perfectly suits first courses, main courses, and is ideal for filling delicious bruschettas. STORAGE Keep refrigerated at a recommended temperature of about 4°C, the ideal temperature for optimal enjoyment. It can be consumed up to 4 days from the production date (the expiration date is indicated on each package). Once opened, it is recommended to consume the product within 2 days. Milk origin: Italy.
