The lactose-free mozzarella is made with the milk of our lactose-free buffaloes, lactose-free milk, salt and rennet. The milk is the same used to produce traditional buffalo mozzarella, for this reason, the taste is identical. The difference occurs during production, where the milk is made lactose-free. The need to produce lactose-free mozzarella arises to allow people with intolerances to consume mozzarella, or dishes made with it, but not only that. It is also suitable for those who frequently and excessively consume dairy products. It is available in round, Aversana, bite-sized pieces, large pieces or braided form, starting from a minimum of 100 g up to a maximum of 3 kg, available exclusively by order. To enjoy it at its best, during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes. Milk origin: Italy.

Shipping is handled directly by the seller partner. The package leaves the seller's warehouse, or its logistics network, and is handed over to the carrier. This model enables more efficient deliveries and ensures that order management is handled by those who actually have the product available.
On the product page you will find ingredients, allergens and nutritional information according to the data provided by the seller or manufacturer, i.e. the official label. If you have allergies or intolerances, we recommend that you carefully check the product page before purchasing and contact the seller with any specific questions.
The platform was created to promote and make Italian food Made in Italy more accessible. We select e-commerce food sellers with coherent catalogs and transparent information. Each product is linked to an identifiable seller and a complete information sheet: we want buying here to mean buying with confidence.
Delivery times and costs depend on the seller and the destination. At checkout you will always find the current delivery estimate before confirming payment. For international shipments, times may vary depending on the country and the carrier.
