    Bring the milk to a boil, add salt and nutmeg.

  • STEP 2 OF 5

    Add the flour to the boiling milk and whisk well to mix.

  • STEP 3 OF 5

    Return to the heat for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.

  • STEP 4 OF 5

    Let it cool slightly. Oil your hands and shape the gnocchi.

  • STEP 5 OF 5

    Sauté in a pan with equal parts oil and water and chives, or gratin at 200°C for 5 minutes.
