Thanks to their texture, they absorb flavors and pair perfectly with Sicilian culinary traditions. Artisanal agricultural pasta made from Semolato di Grano Antico Russello. The Tre di Oro pasta is born in the fields of Contrada Quartarella, in the heart of Val di Noto, where the ancient Russello wheat is carefully cultivated respecting the land and biodiversity of the Monti Iblei. Here, among calcareous soils and Mediterranean breezes, the wheat grows following natural cycles, without forcing, preserving its authenticity and nutritional value. Our cultivation approach is based on organic regenerative agricultural systems and we are in biological conversion.
