Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 9

    Pour a drizzle of oil into a large pan.

    Add two garlic cloves and let them heat up.

    Then pour in the yellow tomato sauce.

    Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of dried oregano, and let it cook.

    Boil the pasta and in the meantime, chop the zucchini.

    When there are a couple of minutes left for the pasta to finish cooking, drain it into the sauce.

    Finish cooking in the pan, adding the zucchini and a ladle of its cooking water.

    Separately, chop a slice of rye bread.
