
Soft Donuts
Perfect for snacks or breakfast, these soft donuts are light and delicious. They can be enjoyed on their own or paired with Greek yogurt for an extra touch.
Ingredients
- Hazelnut-flavored rice flour
150g - Greek yogurt 0%
120g - Fruit puree (any flavor)
80g - Eggs
2units - Almond milk
60ml - Baking powder

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Combine eggs, milk, and yogurt and mix well until smooth.
- STEP 2 OF 4
Add the flour and baking powder and mix again thoroughly. If the dough is too thick, add a little milk until you reach the desired consistency.
- STEP 3 OF 4
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes in a fan-assisted mode.
- STEP 4 OF 4
If desired, add white chocolate protein cream or enjoy them plain.
